New Homepage
Users were logging into Roundtable and immediately hunting for what needed their attention, whether a pending subscription, a compliance check, or an open vote. The new Homepage brings those pending actions together in one place, alongside useful resources. It is meant to be the natural starting point of every session, and we will keep adding to it over time.
You will find the Homepage as the default landing page when logging in.

French language support
Many of our investors are Francophone, and until now the platform only spoke English back to them. Roundtable is now available in French. If your browser is set to French, the platform switches automatically. Otherwise it stays in English by default, and you can change it at any time.
More languages are coming.
Set your preferred language under Settings > Preferences, for both the platform and Roundtable communications.

KYC/KYB in English, French, and German
As onboarding volume has grown across European markets, having KYC and KYB flows only in English created friction for investors completing their checks in a second language. The compliance flows are now available in English, French, and German.
Investors can switch languages at any point during a session using the language selector in the top-right corner of the portal.

Granular KYC/KYB status per investor
Deal admins often need to know exactly where each investor stands in the compliance process, not just whether they have cleared or not. The KYC/KYB overview now shows the status of each individual check for each investor. Hover over a status to see what is still missing, and message the investor directly from the same view.
Access the updated view in the Commitments tab of each deal.

Revamped votes
Running votes on Roundtable used to mean checking in manually to see where things stood, and past votes were not easy to pull up for reference. Vote tracking for deal admins has been rebuilt. Past and ongoing votes now live together in a single table, ongoing votes show real-time progression as investors cast their ballots, and you can attach a custom message to any vote that is visible to all investors.
Access votes from the Votes section of each deal.

Fundraising in non-EUR currencies
Non-EUR deals have become a larger part of what runs through Roundtable, and the wire experience was still written as though every deal settled in euros. At the "Wire the funds" stage, the wording and disclaimers now adapt to the deal currency, so a USD deal shows "Account Number" rather than IBAN, for example. Investors can also store bank details across 8 currencies, not just one.
Manage your bank accounts under Settings > Bank details.

We hope you enjoy these new features as much as we have enjoyed building them. A lot more is coming in Q2, and we cannot wait to share it with you. Thanks for being part of the journey.
