Quick filters for deals
Deal admins spend a lot of time chasing whichever step is holding a deal up, whether that is a pending KYC or a missing wire. Quick filters surface these bottlenecks at a glance, so it is easier to see who still needs a nudge and who is ready to close. A Completed KYC/KYB filter also lets you pull up the investors whose compliance is already approved and who are ready for closing.
You will find the filters in the Commitments tab of each deal, where you can also message investors directly.

Admin role management across the deal lifecycle
Until now, admin roles could only be set during deal creation, which meant any later change required a workaround. As post-investment workflows have become a larger part of how our clients use Roundtable, we wanted to make role changes available at any stage of the deal lifecycle. You can now add or remove deal admins even after a deal is closed.
Access role management under Deal > Settings > Users & roles.

Redesigned deal creation flow
The deal creation flow has been rebuilt to handle the wider range of deals now running through Roundtable. Three changes are worth calling out.
Investment target type
First, you can now specify the investment target type at the start of creation, choosing between a private company, another SPV, or a fund. This happens in the Investment target step.

Deal currency
Second, the deal currency is now set during creation rather than fixed to EUR. EUR, USD, GBP, and CHF are all available from the Deal information section.

Hurdles
Third, hurdles are now configurable. Not every deal needs one, but when one applies, it should not require a workaround. You can set an optional hurdle as either an IRR or a multiple in the Financial terms section of the flow.

Voting for funds
Voting has been available on deals for a while, and Fund Leads have been asking for the same capability on funds. Voting is now live for funds as well. Fund Leads can run votes the same way they do on deals, and investors see them in a familiar place.
Active votes live in the dedicated Votes tab within each fund.

FATCA form generator
FATCA forms are one of the slower moments in fund onboarding, and filling them in manually is painful for investors and admins alike. The FATCA portal lets fund investors pre-fill the relevant form in a faster and more intuitive way, removing most of the back-and-forth that usually comes with it.
The portal is accessible in the Documents section for onboarding fund investors, and directly at fatca.roundtable.eu.

As always, thanks for being part of the journey. A lot more is coming in Q3, and we cannot wait to share it with you.
