Real Estate deals
Real estate investments have different moving parts than a standard private company deal, and until now setting one up on Roundtable meant working around a structure built for something else. You can now launch and manage Real Estate deals natively, with greater clarity across the full deal lifecycle.
Create a new deal, select Private Company, then Real Estate, and choose the specific deal type that fits your investment on the next page.

Full capital breakdown in deal progression
Deal admins and investors often want to know exactly where the capital is going, not just the total amount raised. The Deal Progression widget now breaks total capital into its components, showing Investable Amount, Entry Fees, and SPV Fee at every stage from launch to close and beyond.
The breakdown appears directly in the Deal Progression widget on each deal.

Templates in English, French, and German
Deal, Community, and Fund templates were only available in English, which meant anyone presenting an opportunity to Francophone or Germanophone investors had to translate the standard sections themselves. Templates are now available in English, French, and German, so the opportunity reads in the language your investors prefer.

Register multiple commitments
Some investors want to commit to the same deal through more than one vehicle, for example a direct investment alongside a holding company. This used to require manual handling. You can now register multiple commitments for a single deal directly on the platform.
The feature is available upon request. Reach out to product@roundtable.eu if you would like it enabled for your deals.

Faster fund investor onboarding
Fund Admins used to chase FATCA status, banking details, and signatures across separate tools, which slowed onboarding and meant a lot of manual follow-up. All three now appear directly in the app for each investor, so Fund Admins can see at a glance who is ready and who still needs a push.
Access the overview from the investor list of each fund.

That is a wrap on Q3. We have a lot more lined up for Q4, and we will share it soon. Thanks for being part of the journey.
