CSSF (Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier)

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) serves a similar role to the AMF but is specific to Luxembourg.

The CSSF supervises and regulates all Luxembourg-based financial institutions, including banks, investment firms, and other financial service companies. Startups and venture capital firms operating in Luxembourg must adhere to regulations set by the CSSF, which can impact fundraising activities, financial disclosures, and governance.

It's particularly significant in Luxembourg, given the country's status as a hub for financial services and investment funds.
