Roundtable is Europe's leading infrastructure for private investments, handling all legal and administrative operations so founders, angels, and fund managers can focus on what matters.

Fund

A "Fund" refers to the pool of capital that General Partners (GPs) manage and deploy into startups.

The fund is usually made up of commitments from Limited Partners like institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices.

The fund size can vary significantly, from small VC seed funds of just a few million dollars to colossal growth or Private Equity funds running into the billions.
